Food Diaries Part Dos

Happy Thursday Ya'll!!

Name this movie!

So a lot of you have been asking again what a day of food looks like in my life.
Well I gave some examples and wrote it out HERE but today I'm going to bring you the picture version! (keep in mind I am on the 24 day challenge, BUT this is very VERY similar to how I eat daily, I just usually include some cheese here and there!)

Breakfasts:

Ground Bison With Egg Whites, spinach and onion // Oats with half a banana and egg whites with spinach
or a meal replacement shake.

Snacks:

Watermelon and Grapes // Half a green apple and a 100 calorie pack of almonds

Lunches/Dinners:

Tuna with hot sauce and green chilis with steamed veggies // Lettuce, spinach, hard boiled egg, chicken with fat free balsamic vinaigrette

Chicken and Steamed veggies // Turkey Sausage and Steamed asparagus and snap peas
or meal replacement shakes

Dessert

One Banana with 2 TBSPs PB2 powder, mixed together and frozen to make "ice cream"

And here was last nights meal prep for the next two days of work

Breakfast- Meal replacement shake & half a green apple
Snack- half a green apple and 100 calorie almonds
1/2 way between- Spark
Lunch - 5oz Grilled chicken, Asparagus, 2 cups Lettuce and 1 hardboiled egg with mustard and chulula
Snack- 1 low salt rice cake and roasted red pepper hummus
Dinner - TBA
Snack- TBA

I prep up chicken for about a week, same with eggs and I measure out some items, then at night before bed I measure out my food for the next day or two and pack my lunch box completely and put it in the fridge. I also pre measure out all my stuff for breakfast to keep things on track in the morning.

Failing to prepare is preparing to fail.

If you have any more questions feel free to ask away!
How do you meal prep?

PS:

I finished T25 and I sent in my before and afters (See Them HERE) and now my "nailed it!" shirt is on its way and its FREE! Yay!!

Have a fabulous day!!
