CrossFit, Boot Camp and Fitness Favorites Giveaway!

Today I'm hosting my FIRST EVER giveaway! Its going to be a prize package of my Fitness Favorites!!

But first, the real reason you are here.. WORKOUTS!

BOOM.

So this past Saturday I had some friends who wanted me to give them a great workout, so I put together a fun, fast and effective workout that started on land and ended in the pool!  Gotta beat that summa heat!

Here it is:




All together it takes about an hour!
We had a lot of fun doing it and they all said they could feel it!

I also picked me up my first tire to sit in my yard for a nice redneck curb appeal to begin my Crossfit Tire Flipping.

Here is a Great 20-25 minute workout I put together for Crossfit, and Oh myyy laaaawdddyy, I can feeeeel the crossfit pumping through my veins when I finish this workout.




Here's some examples of the moves:

Proper form on a tire flip, lift then push.

Just like a regular squat jump but you go up on to the tire, pause, then jump down.


Step up and punch with opposite arm as you straighten your leading leg, step down repeat with opposite leg leading.


Now to pick up a tire, just call any local tire stores, they will be more than happy to give you the tires they have that they have to pay to recycle. As for a good weight for your tire, they say it shouldn't be too light or too heavy. If you dead lift, it should weigh Double that amount. I just pulled tires down, actually the tire tech pulled them down and picked out ones that he thought would be in my weight range, and tried them out.

But because of my awesome results I'm continuing to do the shred three times a week to help tone up my tummy! This loose skin isn't going to drag me down, I'm going to turn it into muscle whether it likes it or not!

  7. Recently new follower! Your tire workout looks awesome! I got a Groupon for a month of Crossfit that I just started and it's crazy. Once I'm done I'm going to have to go get a tire of my own!

  11. My fitness essential is, honestly, cute workout clothes! It sounds weird, but I get excited about going to the gym and working hard because I feel good about what I'm wearing :)

    After losing about 60lbs before my wedding 2 years ago, slowly I have gained 25 lbs back and now I am determined to lose them and more! Your blog gives me alot of motivation!!

  15. So glad I found you through skinnymeg! I just started 30 day shred because of your pics! Today will be my 7th workout. My husband was making fun of it, and then started doing it with me...he isn't making fun of it anymore!
