Hey ya'll!!
Happy Wednesday!
Whoot whoot! The short work is half way over!
Linking up, of course with Skinny Meg for Workout Wednesday
If any of you actually follow me and pay any lick of attention, you know that last month in August I did a personal challenge I called "Give It Your All August" where I wanted to buckle down, reboot and reset. My eating habits had began slipping, my lack of focus and so on in July was just pathetic, I was pretty disapointed with myself cause well, I knew better. So I did the Advocare 10 Day Cleanse, began using Spark! and MNS Max3 and did Jillian Michaels 30 day shred again for the second time in hopes to really kick ass. With the cleanse I followed it to a T no dairy, table sugar, or bread, not a single luxury like Robinson Crusoe , as primitive as can be... *side note* I freaking love Gilligan's Island and would litteraly sneakily get up after 10p, when I was little to watch it on Nick @ Nite and if I heard my parents comming I'd snap the TV off and fake sleep...* And ever since the amount of those things I eat has decreased INCREDIBLY! I'm actually pretty dang shocked...
ANYWHO
You can see more about my GIYAA HERE. For my cleanse results go HERE and to see my first round of Jillian 30DS results go HERE.
As for my results for this round:
Day 1--Day 30
The Top is my first round of 30DS in June and then Now.
As for poundage lost, it wasn't a lot, but I've been gaining a lot more muscle and getting quite a bit of tone so I'm by no means disappointed, because the pictures done lie...there was some serious changes going down.
So overall I'm pretty impressed with my August results.
After sampling some Advocare products I've became pretty impressed with their products and decided to throw some in over the next 50 days as I embark on my next personal challenge, Sexy in September and Oh baby October ( my birthday month- WOOT WOOT). I really like setting myself up with personal challenges each month, even if Im the only one participating in them because I feel like short term goals are always so much easier to work towards and really achieve, and its always fun to switch it up and try new things along with your everyday flow.
What am I doing over the next 50 days? Why 50 Days?
I started Shaun T's Focus T25, a fifty day program, that is only 25 minutes long, 6 days a week. I can handle that. When I was at my biggest and before I started even thinking about REALLY buckling down, I started Insanity like 7 times, I kid you not, and never made it past the first week.
I was such a freaking quitter.
I don't know why it never worked for me, but I'm determined to fully finish this program as like a Vendetta to prove to my inner self that I really have changed for the better.
Old habits die hard and I'm going to freaking murder this one!
Along with T25, I'm doing my own "meal plan" I never follow programs plans because I just do my normal thaaang.
So I'm taking the Advocare MNS Max3 again, drinking Spark, Rehydrate and have the meal replacement shakes on hand for the days I'm not feeling like eating a whole lot but know I need to kinda things.
In November my momma and I are going to do the 24 day challenge, cause after my birthday month, halloween and the onset of Thanksgiving I NEEED to be in the best mind set I can be!
Whats your favorite halloween candy?
I love freaking Dots..and Now and Laters, and Gobstoppers and Nerds and M&N's...who the hell am I kidding, I like effing candy in general...

I'm really like the T25 so far, and 25 minutes a day is so do-able.
Whats your favorite workout program/dvd??
Do you have a favorite Advocare product?
Now for some pure AWESOMENESS.
I go me this new awesome and hot pink shaker cup called The Cyclone Cup. Check this mother effer out! So It has a funnel like "blender" in the lid that doesn't move, unlike the whisk ball that runs with the chunks vs mixing it. This funnel actually blends up the powder.
The best part???
The bottom screws off for storage!!!
Uhm yeah thats right!
I LOVE that I can make one drink and throw the powder in the storage compartment and take the cup with me to work or on the road to wherever we are going and make my drink whenever I want. It is SO HANDY, freaking genius.
For real.
Cool you have an awesome cup and you're rubbing it in our face you jerk...
WAIT, It gets better...
Cyclone Cup sent me a cup to GIVEAWAY to one of my readers!!!!!!!!!
Lucky duckies!!!
So Boom!
Enter away, check them out and drool over there awesomeness!!
What are your goals for this fall?

ReplyDeleteThank you! I hoped to at least inspire or help one person throughout my journey! Glad I actually am!
DeleteI'm so down to participate in "Oh baby October" The cyclone cup would be perfect for the days that I work then have to go straight to class for 3 hours. It's horrible getting out of class at 9:00 and being super hungry. My goals for fall are to: stay committed to this lifestyle change, working towards completing the full C25K program, and lose 20 pounds and blog about it all along the way. Keep up the awesome work! I look forward to hearing more about T25.
