Work Outs

Firm it up fast with my favorite 20 minute or less work outs!

12 reps each, 2-3 cycles

For those darn thighs!

I do this  right before I shower, only takes a few minutes!

I love this on my "other" day when I dont have my 5k work out, its a great paced set that you can do as many times as you want and is only 10 minutes a cycle, and you can customize it to your own speeds!

This lil puppy is my new favorite HIIT work out! Do each move 10 times and then go straight into the next with ZERO rest and do it 3 times through! I do this twice a day followed by 30 jumping jacks and 30 tricep dips! ENJOY

Bubble Butt:

60 sec Squats
60 sec Calf Raises
60 sec Ballerina Squats
60 sec Lunge
60 sec Wall Sit
30 sec(per leg) Leg Lifts
30 sec(per leg) Donkey kicks

Do routine 3 times.
Make it more difficult each week by adding in resistance bands and weights.

If you don't have a few small hand weights, kettle ball or a medicine ball, I highly suggest  you invest in some, they really do make the difference in the difficulty of a workout.

Also a yoga ball is fabulous as well, I love mine not only for work outs but for post work out stretching out my back, It sure makes my back feel AMAZING after a work out!
